Molly Groves

Molly Groves, MBA, CPIM, is currently a Production Operations Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they leverage their expertise in production planning and inventory management. Previously, they held multiple roles at Lockheed Martin, culminating in the position of Production Operations Manager. They also served as an Air Transportation Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 2013 to 2021, directing aerial port operations and evaluating transportation efficiencies. Molly holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and they are pursuing a degree in Air Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force.
