Monica Calcott

Monica Calcott, PMP, is a seasoned Flight Software Development Manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent aerospace and defense companies, including Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. At Lockheed Martin, they led the CPS Flight software team for hypersonic missile development and managed a portfolio of communications programs. Previous to this, Monica served as the Director of Software and Digital Design at Kepler Communications and oversaw a large software engineering team at Northrop Grumman. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
