Nathan Fadely

Nathan Fadely is an experienced propulsion engineer currently serving as a Staff Propulsion Engineer for Lockheed Martin on the Orion project since March 2022, having previously held the role of Sr. Mechanical Engineer in the same division from March 2018 to March 2022. In these roles, Nathan has been responsible for the technical authority of critical propulsion components in both the Orion Crew Module Propulsion Sub-System and the European Service Module Propulsion Sub-System. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Product Design Engineer at Beretta USA, where Nathan contributed to new product development for the A300 product line, and a role as Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, developing a computer program for simulating kinetic gas flows. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermal/Fluid Sciences, both from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
