Nick Spain is a seasoned HR Vice President with over 24 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Missiles and Fire Control division at Lockheed Martin. Previously, Nick led HR efforts for various sectors within Lockheed Martin, supporting large-scale operations and overseeing strategic initiatives for thousands of employees. Educated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Temple University and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University, Nick has also completed a Human Resources Management Certificate at George Mason University. In addition to their corporate responsibilities, Nick actively contributes as a board member for nonprofit organizations, including The Cloud Family Foundation and Laila's Gift Incorporated.
