Nick Worth

Nick Worth has extensive experience in software engineering and management, primarily at Lockheed Martin since May 2009. As EGSE Chief Software Architect, Nick leads a team focused on Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) development, coordinating software support and future product developments. Previous roles at Lockheed Martin include Software Engineering Manager and Software Architect, where responsibilities ranged from managing software engineers to overseeing complex software architectures for satellite test equipment. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Nick held managerial positions at Agilent Technologies, Innovative Technologies, and Therma-Wave, developing and customizing various software products. Nick's career began at Novellus Systems, where significant contributions were made in software development for semiconductor equipment. Nick earned a BS in Computer Engineering from San José State University in 1987.
