Noemi R. is currently a Continuous Improvement Engineer Fellow at Lockheed Martin, where they lead the implementation of 6S practices and train employees on performance excellence tools. They previously served as a Military Outreach Specialist at TMS Academy, enhancing engagement with military communities and supporting service members and their families. Noemi's journey began with internships, including one at Aguakan, where they developed a technical training manual, and they have significant experience in quality assurance from their time at Chevrolet. They hold a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio and are pursuing a Master's in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.
