Olivia Guerra

Olivia Guerra is a dedicated Senior Scrum Master with a passion for mentoring and coaching teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and self-organizing. Currently, they serve as a Scrum Master at Lockheed Martin, leading two teams focused on Risk and Opportunity Management and Pricing and Estimating. Previously, Olivia held roles at Florida Virtual School, CivicPlus, and SAIC, where they contributed to numerous Agile teams and developed strategies for continuous improvement. They earned both a Bachelor's degree and a Certificate in Game Production from The DAVE School.
