Patricia Sweat

Patricia Sweat is a Project Manager and Military Veteran with an active security clearance and 13 years of experience in the United States Navy, followed by 13 years in the Defense Industry. Sweat has demonstrated a strong ability to achieve measurable results while leading teams of over 150 individuals across diverse operational environments, including the Persian Gulf, South America, Korea, and Japan. They managed risks to protect assets valued at over $105 million, consistently meeting the expectations of senior leadership. Sweat holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies, a Master of Science in Modeling and Simulation, and a Master’s in Global Management, and has received multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism during their naval service.
