Paul Celani is currently the Chief Engineer of the Missile Defense Solutions Division at Lockheed Martin, a position they have held since 2020. With extensive experience in various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, including Manager for Sea-Based Missile Defense Studies & Analysis and Chief Engineer for the Command Control Battle Management and Communications Program, they have contributed significantly to missile defense technologies. They served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 1997 to 2000, where they were the Combat Information Center Officer aboard the DDG-70 Hopper. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Rutgers University.
