Paul Duncan

Paul Duncan has over two decades of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, primarily with Lockheed Martin since 2002. Duncan has held numerous key roles, including Senior Manager positions in F-16 and F-35 production engineering, overseeing critical operations such as delivery, manufacturing, and corrective action initiatives. Prior to this, Duncan was a Supervisor for F/A-22 Flightline Avionics Test at Lockheed Martin. Early career experience includes over 21 years in the United States Air Force, focused on F-16 avionics and sustainment operations. Paul Duncan holds a degree in Avionics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
