Paul Hannaway is a seasoned organizational effectiveness specialist with 27 years of experience as a U.S. Marine veteran. Currently serving as the Org Design Implementation and Change Management Lead at Lockheed Martin, Paul collaborates on transformative initiatives to enhance organizational structure and processes. Previously, in military leadership roles, Paul drove strategic talent management and organizational development for thousands of personnel, achieving significant improvements in retention and productivity.
