Paul Morgan is currently the F35 Offboard Systems (OBS) Manager at Komatsu AB. Paul also worked at Signal Corporation as a Staff Logistician, where they oversaw the development of technical manuals for Integrated Undersea Surveillance systems. They served in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician for over a decade, accumulating extensive experience in sonar operations and maintenance. Paul holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Programming from Northern Virginia Community College.
