Paula Driver

Paula Driver is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in global HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Lockheed Martin since January 2011, Paula leads the HR function for international operations outside of the US. Previous positions include Global Human Resources Director and HR Director for the UK, Europe, and Middle East, where Paula strategically developed HR solutions to support business growth across the EMEA region. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Paula held significant HR roles at Hewlett-Packard, working as HR Director for Enterprise Storage in EMEA, and at CompuServe as HR Manager during its start-up phase. Paula began their career in customer services management at WPA Healthcare Practice. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England.
