Phil Dilmore

Phil Dilmore is currently a Hardware Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, with extensive experience in FPGA/ASIC design, PCB design, and embedded firmware. Over twenty-five years, they have held various roles including Engineering Project Manager and Lead Hardware Engineer, demonstrating leadership in project architecture development and cross-functional team coordination. Phil earned a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. They hold a Certificate of Advanced Study in Engineering Management and have developed innovations, including a US patent for monochrome and color transfer.
