Philip Chen

Philip Chen has over 30 years of experience in semiconductor microelectronic device research and development, device packaging, and manufacturing. Currently, Philip works as a Semiconductor Process Engineering Staff member at Lockheed Martin and as an SIE at Tesla. Previous roles include Director of Packaging and Assembly at Spatial Photonics, Senior Process Engineer at Sulzer Medical, and Staff Engineer at BIOTRONIK, among others. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Material Science, both from Stony Brook University, where they excelled academically. Additionally, Philip is a Lockheed Martin certified lean sigma black belt.
