Philip St. Clair

Philip St. Clair has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, having served as NMAC Purchasing Manager at Lockheed Martin from February 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing the execution of the Transitional Service Agreement for Sikorsky Integration IMO. Philip participated in the Operations Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin, completing various roles such as Subcontract Administrator, Production Control Analyst, Quality Engineer, and Receiving/Inspection Supervisor. Additionally, prior experience at Lockheed Martin - Mission Systems and Training includes positions as Sr. Subcontract Administrator and Procurement Representative, managing significant purchasing and supplier relationships. Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership & Consulting and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Binghamton University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Drexel University.
