Phillip James

Phillip James has extensive experience in property management and engineering, currently serving as a Property Book Officer at Sosi International and a Corporate Property Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since 2016. Phillip has also worked as an Electronics Engineer and Property Analyst with Lockheed Martin since 2013, and previously held the position of Property Manager at SAIC. Additionally, Phillip has a background as a Government Property Administrator with DCMA and as a Client Owned Equipment Administrator with KBR, Inc. Phillip began a career in logistics with the US Army, where responsibilities included Automated Logistical Specialist roles. Phillip is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, having completed studies there from 1994 to 1997.
