Quanderrius Doss

Quanderrius Doss, MSOM, is a Systems Engineer Sr. at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on team leadership, engineering, and cross-functional project management. Previously, Quanderrius held various engineering roles, including Mechanical Engineer and Associate Quality Assurance Engineer at Lockheed Martin. They have also completed a Mechanical Engineering internship at Col-Met Engineered Finishing Solutions and served as a Resident Assistant while studying at the University of Arkansas. Quanderrius earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
