Rachel Richards

Rachel Richards is a Thermal Mechanical Engineer Sr. Staff at Lockheed Martin, with over twenty years of expertise in thermal mechanical design, analysis, and testing. They have held significant leadership roles, including the Cryogenics and Thermal Sciences Group Manager at Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Technology Center and program manager for the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory Psyche Flight Cryocooler Program. Rachel is proficient in various thermal modeling and analysis tools and has been recognized for their contributions in multidisciplinary projects, particularly in structural thermal optical analysis. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
