Randy B Crites

Randy B. Crites is currently the Vice President and General Manager for Advanced Programs at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, where they focus on establishing growth strategies and overseeing innovative solutions to evolving threats. Joining Lockheed Martin in 2024, Randy previously served as a vice admiral in the U.S. Navy, holding key leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Commander of Submarine Group 10. They commanded multiple submarines and were influential in budget preparation and execution, managing over a trillion dollars in Navy resources. Randy holds a master’s degree from the Naval War College, among other advanced educational pursuits.
