Ray Townsend

Ray Townsend is an Aerospace and Defence leader at Lockheed Martin Canada, where they serve as the Chief of Operations, responsible for the governance of programs and supporting strategic growth objectives. Previously, they held the position of Commanding Officer at the 404 Long Range Patrol and Training Squadron within the Canadian Armed Forces, overseeing the training and readiness of aircrew for the CP-140 fleet. Their extensive military experience includes roles as RCAF Pilot and Director of Air Readiness, contributing to multiple operational deployments across various regions. Ray holds multiple degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada, including a Bachelor of Business Administration and two Master's degrees in Security and Defence Management and Policy.
