Richard Howe

Richard Howe is an experienced patent attorney with a diverse background in law firm, in-house, engineering, and judicial clerkship roles. They have drafted and prosecuted patent applications in various technical fields, prepared claim charts for licensing discussions, and contributed to patent litigations in the District Court of Delaware. Their previous positions include serving as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Condo Roccia Koptiw LLP and holding roles at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Engineer and Senior Contracts Negotiator. Currently, Richard is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
