Richard P. is currently the Director and Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as the Modeling & Simulation IPT Lead at Northrop Grumman and as Chief Engineer for SDACS Technology Development at Orbital ATK, among other engineering leadership positions. Richard also managed global services at PTC and has extensive experience in program management and systems engineering across various companies. They are pursuing advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University, including a PhD and a Master of Science.
