Richard Wells

Richard Wells is currently an International Business Development Capture Manager Principal in Air Mobility and Maritime Missions at Lockheed Martin, a position held since 2022. Previously, Richard served as a Program Planner Sr. at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics from 2009 to 2012, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating program schedules while monitoring costs and budgets. Prior to that, Richard managed a $77 million store as a Store Manager at The Home Depot from 2001 to 2006, overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to improve company performance. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from George Mason University, which was earned in 2004.
