Richard Whitfield

Richard Whitfield, MBA, is a retired Navy Captain (O-6) and Major Commander with over 26 years of service. They specialized in developing organizational leaders and took on roles such as Commander of Naval Air Forces, Atlantic, and Commanding Officer of multiple helicopter squadrons, where they excelled in operational management and strategic planning. Richard currently serves as a Principal Investigator at Lockheed Martin, focusing on advancing mission systems for the U.S. Navy and allied forces. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University.
