Rick Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capture management, business planning, proposal preparation, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at RGK Management Services, LLC since October 2017, Rick has also held a significant role as a Senior Capture Manager at Lockheed Martin since July 2006.
