Rita Lei

Rita Lei is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and CFO at Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, Rita has held several key financial leadership positions, including CFO at Paradigm Precision and UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included the roles of Executive Director and Director of Finance. Rita’s career also includes experience at Pratt & Whitney as Director of Finance and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as serving as Campaign Finance Manager. Rita Lei holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
