Rob Blackburn is a highly motivated F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Support Engineer and Joint Technical Data (JTD) Author Lead, with experience spanning over two decades in aircraft maintenance within the U.S. Air Force and defense industry. They served as an instructor for F-16 tactical aircraft maintenance, where they accumulated nearly 3,500 hours of instruction and worked with foreign nationals in training environments. Rob earned a Cum Laude BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds FAA Airframe and Powerplant ratings, alongside an active SECRET security clearance. Currently, Rob supports propulsion JTD initiatives at Lockheed Martin after previously serving at BAE Systems.
