Rob Brooks

Rob Brooks is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Chief Engineer Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since May 2005, Rob oversees technical solutions, manages engineering teams, and coordinates program activities. Expertise includes executing complex avionics integration, requirements development, system modeling, and earned value management. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Software Engineer at Innovative Dynamics, Inc., where Rob developed critical software solutions for aircraft systems and non-destructive testing devices. Additionally, Rob contributed to system administration at Binghamton University, ensuring uptime and security for computer systems. Rob holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Binghamton University.
