Rob Weakly -

Rob Weakly, Ph.D., is currently an Optical Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on designing and producing diffractive optics and developing physics-based models for High Energy Laser systems. Prior to this role, Rob worked as a Research Scientist II at the University of Washington, where they engaged in laboratory planning and experimental design. Rob has also taught physics and chemistry at various high schools, contributing to curricular improvements and fostering student interest in science. They hold a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Washington, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Applied Physics from Colorado State University.
