Cyber Test & Exploitation Lead

Rob Wolleben is an experienced engineering leader at Lockheed Martin, where since February 2005, Wolleben has held various roles including Cyber Test & Exploitation Lead, System Engineering Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer. In the current position, Wolleben leads a 15-person Independent Verification Team focused on cyber resilient and anti-tamper products for US Navy programs, overseeing formal verification processes and delivering strategic briefs to key military organizations. As System Engineering Manager, Wolleben directed a multi-disciplinary team of over 20 and led a larger software engineering group, achieving lower attrition rates compared to industry standards. With a strong background in systems engineering, Wolleben has developed custom software solutions for significant military applications, including the Aegis Combat System. Wolleben holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
