Robert Williams is an experienced Systems Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, leading the technical direction of the Fort Worth Engineering Labs Operations team since April 2007. With over 20 employees, the team supports various high-profile projects, including those related to Tactical Simulation and Advanced Development Programs. Robert has previously served as an Embedded Software Engineer Sr Staff, where responsibilities included acting as the F-35 Software Build Captain and Air System Software Build Coordinator. Additionally, Robert has extensive experience in software engineering with roles at Motorola and L-3 Link Simulation, focusing on real-time embedded software development. A dedicated ice hockey official for over three decades, Robert is well-versed in both sports and engineering domains, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a certification in JAVA 2.
