Ron Garlicki

Ron Garlicki is an experienced program manager and system engineering manager with a strong background in the aviation and aerospace industry. They served as a Captain in the USAF from 1985 to 1992 and held various management positions at companies including Goodrich Actuation Systems, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 Communications. Currently, Ron is a Senior Manager for Missile IET at Lockheed Martin, demonstrating expertise in functional management, program management, quality management, root cause analysis, and proposal writing. Garlicki holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
