Ryan Doel is a seasoned simulation software engineer with extensive experience in simulation software development, integration, and troubleshooting in hardware-in-the-loop lab environments. Currently serving as a Sr. Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer at Lockheed Martin since 2024, they previously led Integrated Flight Simulation verification and validation efforts at Raytheon. Ryan has a strong background in physics-based modeling and simulation, and has demonstrated inclusive leadership in Agile methodologies while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physics from Brigham Young University, where they also contributed as a research assistant and head physics teaching assistant.
