Ryan Keith has extensive experience in radar systems engineering and artificial intelligence/machine learning, having held various leadership roles at Lockheed Martin from January 2019 to February 2024. As the Radar Control Processing Systems Engineering Lead, Ryan led a 25-person team to develop radar designs for multiple solid-state radar baselines. In subsequent positions, Ryan focused on developing radar control algorithms for Ballistic Missile Defense systems and managed key technical performance metrics. Additionally, Ryan participated in the Engineering Leadership Development Program to enhance technical and leadership skills. Academic qualifications include a Certificate of Graduate Study in Computational Data Analytics from Rowan University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
