Ryan Rust, PhD, is currently the Obsolescence Management Program Lead at Lockheed Martin, focusing on obsolescence case identification and resolution. With extensive experience in reliability engineering and process improvement, Ryan previously served as Senior Staff Component Engineer. Ryan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where they also completed a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Prior to their engineering career, Ryan operated a pest control and lawn fertilization company and managed restaurant operations, showcasing a diverse professional background.
