Ryan Scheller is currently the Director and Chief Engineer of Small Combatants & Ship Systems at Lockheed Martin. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, they have a proven track record in programmatic and technical execution, strategic planning, and system design and development. Prior to their current role, Ryan served as Chief Engineer of International Programs and held several positions, including Technical Director and Senior System Engineer, contributing significantly to defense programs such as the Ship Self-Defense System and Aegis Programs. Ryan is pursuing graduate education in Software Engineering at Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, along with a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
