Ryan Spiker

Ryan Spiker, MBA, possesses extensive experience in financial analysis and management, having held multiple roles at Lockheed Martin from January 2025 to October 2025, including Senior FP&A Analyst and Senior Contracts for New Contract Development. Prior to this, Ryan served as a Graduate Accounting Analyst at the University of Wyoming from November 2020 to November 2021, providing crucial analytical support to the College of Agriculture and Natural Resource Business Office. As a Business Supervisor at Kiewit from October 2018 to July 2020, Ryan oversaw operations within the Kiewit Mining Group. Earlier experience includes a position as Auditor II at the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a 3.9 GPA from the University of Wyoming College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution.
