Samuel H. Kim

Samuel H. Kim, PhD, is a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Lockheed Martin, where they specialize in thermal electronics design and the development of novel cooling solutions. With over eight years of graduate study, they have expertise in multi-physics simulations linking semiconductor physics to thermal phenomena. Prior to their current role, Samuel worked as a Technical Research Personnel at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology and as an Electronics Thermal Engineer at Georgia Institute of Technology, contributing significantly to projects funded by various research organizations. Samuel holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and Yonsei University, respectively.
