Scott Boardman is a culture and inclusion leader with over 10 years of experience in designing DEI learning journeys and fostering organizational engagement. Currently serving as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Lockheed Martin, Scott leads key DEI initiatives in collaboration with HR and employee resource groups. Previously, Scott held various roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Communications Lead for Disney PRIDE, where they developed strategies to amplify diversity initiatives and connect them to enterprise culture goals. Scott's extensive background also includes experience at Activision Blizzard and NBCUniversal, along with a degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
