Scott Breen

Director, Coast Guard Helicopter Programs, Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin

Scott Breen has extensive experience in engineering and program management, primarily within the defense and aerospace sectors. At Lockheed Martin, Scott held various leadership roles, including Engineering and Program Manager for Address Recognition Technologies, and Senior Program Manager for the MH-60R ARPDD Radar program, overseeing a $146 million development initiative for the US Navy. Scott also served as Director of Sikorsky Future Vertical Lift Mission Systems and managed several other helicopter programs, demonstrating expertise in profit and loss responsibility and oversight of multiple program managers. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Scott worked as a Senior Field Consulting Engineer at Wind River Systems and as a Software Engineer at IBM, Loral, and Aatlas Commerce. Scott holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from esteemed institutions, including Binghamton University and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
