Scott Breen has extensive experience in engineering and program management, primarily within the defense and aerospace sectors. At Lockheed Martin, Scott held various leadership roles, including Engineering and Program Manager for Address Recognition Technologies, and Senior Program Manager for the MH-60R ARPDD Radar program, overseeing a $146 million development initiative for the US Navy.
