Scott Brusseler

Scott Brusseler is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a diverse background in operations and quality management. At Lockheed Martin, Scott focused on JASSM manufacturing, where responsibilities included evaluating and implementing rework planning for defective materials and managing engineering updates to support production efforts. Participation in the Operations Leadership Development Program provided cross-functional experiences in Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality. Prior roles included developing automated metrics dashboards and negotiating supplier agreements for Sikorsky, leading corrective action analyses for IWSS, and supporting production process improvements as a Manufacturing Program Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, where Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude. Additional experiences include internships at ConEdison Solutions and Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, along with leadership in Engineers Without Borders, designing a water system in Peru.
