Scott Eads

Scott Eads is a Vice President of Operations at Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs, known as The Skunk Works, where they oversee critical operations in the aviation and aerospace industry. With a robust background in program management and continuous improvement, Scott has held various senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Qarbon Aerospace and President of Triumph Aerospace Structures. Scott's experience also includes a decade of service in logistics with the United States Air Force, coupled with significant positions at Lockheed Martin, where they contributed to major programs like the F-22 and F-35. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
