Scott Israel

Scott Israel is the Director of Human Resources at Lockheed Martin, where they previously served as a Senior Manager overseeing a team that supported a functional client group of 5,500 employees across various locations. Their experience includes leading significant HR projects such as facility closures in the U.S. and Mexico and participating in major contract negotiations with international unions. Scott is currently an Alumni Board Member for the Executive Masters of Human Resource Management program at Cornell University, where they earned their degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations and Human Resource Management.
