Sean Donovan is a strategic leader driving digital transformation in design, integration, and testing on innovative defense platforms. Currently serving as the Engineering & Technology Digital Thread Lead at Lockheed Martin since 2023, Sean has also held various roles at Lockheed Martin from 2014 to 2017, including Navigation Systems Lead and Technical Lead for GNC Technology. Previously, they were the Head of Guidance, Navigation, and Controls at Exosonic, Inc. Sean earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, where they also completed a Bachelor of Science in the same field with a perfect GPA.
