Seth J.

Seth J. is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Principal for Space Strategy, Development, and Science, as well as Principal for Studies and Analyses at Lockheed Martin Space since 2021. Prior to this role, Seth held several key positions within the National Security Council at the White House, including Acting Senior Director and Deputy Senior Director, and served as Senior Director at NOAA. With a career spanning from 2008 to 2021 at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Seth contributed as a Research Staff Member, while also engaging in roles as a Fulbright Specialist and Fulbright Scholar. Additional experience includes a Visiting Scientist position at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and work with the Government Office for Science on resilience. Seth has a strong academic background with a Ph.D. and Master's Degree from The Johns Hopkins University, alongside two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Central Florida.
