Shane Putnam

Shane Putnam has extensive experience in the defense industry, currently serving as Director and Resident Director at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific for Lockheed Martin since March 2018. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Senior Manager for Missile Production at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company from January 2014 to March 2018. Shane's career at Lockheed Martin began in September 1999 as Production Manager, followed by a role as Production Supervisor, overseeing both hourly and salaried personnel in manufacturing environments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Maintenance Trainer in Systems Engineering for the U.S. Navy from August 1989 to September 1999. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Chapman University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies from Olympic College.
