Shane Spear

Shane Spear is a results-oriented program manager at Lockheed Martin, possessing over 10 years of engineering, program management, and customer engagement experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Currently overseeing a portfolio exceeding $200 million, Shane's responsibilities include managing the cost, schedule, and technical execution strategy of mission-critical capabilities. Previously, Shane spent 8 years gaining systems engineering and technical leadership experience with F-16, F-35, and Advanced Development Programs, developing a robust foundation in complex aerospace system integration. Shane holds Bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.
