Shannon Richards

Shannon Richards is currently a Systems Engineer III at Lockheed Martin, specializing in the Orion Crew Cabin Configurator. Previously, Shannon worked as a Systems Engineer II and I at the same company, contributing to various aspects of the Orion spacecraft's systems. Shannon began their career as a Space Systems Engineering Intern, where they performed critical analyses for the spacecraft displays and docking procedures. Prior to that, Shannon gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Genesis Engineering Solutions, where they worked on satellite modeling and spacecraft design. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
