Sharon Weaver

Sharon Weaver is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in hardware and mechanical engineering management. Currently serving as Hardware Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since October 2023, Sharon leads a team focused on the research and development of high energy laser systems. Prior to this role, Sharon managed the mechanical engineering team at Meta, overseeing the opto-mechanical design for consumer AR products. At 3D Systems Corporation, Sharon held multiple positions, including Director of Product Development, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-jet 3D printing line and managing cross-functional teams. Previous experience includes positions at Xerox, where Sharon managed engineering teams for various printer technologies. Sharon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University and Arizona State University, respectively.
